Idea

A versatile unmanned drone, with hybrid control, it is a hydrogen-powered aeronautical vehicle. Designed to perform various tasks, such as treating fields and gardens with plant protection products, applying dry or liquid fertilizers, transporting goods, passenger transportation, installation work, extinguishing fires, saving lives, participating in military tasks. Has a wide range of models with a lifting capacity of up to 4000 kilograms, powered by a hydrogen power plant and an autonomous control system based on artificial intelligence.

Current Status

At this stage, the development, construction of the main units and software of the Drone is underway, and in the meantime, we are producing our main products.

Our client is located in various fields of human life and is not limited to a certain location, you can list the main directions of using the universal drone "SVAROG":

It is worth noting that all these tasks can be performed by the same drone, it is necessary to replace the lower target platform and the drone changes its purpose.

Problem or Opportunity

The main problem of human life is the constant combustion of hydrocarbons and the release of tons of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. Using energy-consuming aircraft, a person burns a huge amount of money while littering the environment with combustion products.
Aeronautical equipment is used by man everywhere, agriculture, cargo flights, passenger flights, saving lives, extinguishing fires, for installing engineering structures in hard-to-reach places, in military operations, and all these aircraft are single-purpose equipment for performing certain actions. You can also emphasize the fact that all of them operate on internal combustion engines with low efficiency and a small motor resource, which increases the cost of maintenance every year.

Solution (product or service)

The presented model range of multipurpose hydrogen drones and interchangeable functional platforms is an innovative, well-developed project of Svarog Technologies LLC, which requires implementation by our team for its further use in the spheres of human life. The project is unique in propeller design, motor, maneuvering principles, power supply and software.
What makes it so unique and promising to use?
1) Its first feature is the principle of power supply of power units. Four hydrogen fuel cells and 12 hydrogen metal-composite high-pressure cylinders of 70 MPa, with a total capacity of 2280 liters, giving the aircraft a flight duration of up to 4 hours of autonomy with a payload of up to 4000 kilograms. It is worth noting that the hydrogen system was not chosen by chance, since the energy density of a hydrogen cell in comparison with a lithium-ion battery in relation to the mass is 7 times higher, which gives such autonomy.
2) The next unique feature of the device is eight traction units located on the manipulators for smooth maneuvering, stability and absence of roll when moving or crosswind:
a) A unique eight-bladed composite propeller with a diameter of up to 1200mm, which does not have an axial rotation motor, a radial motor located along the perimeter of the outer rim of the propeller is used, which gives tens of times more torque with less power consumption on permanent magnets located along the perimeter of the propeller rim. Considering the large propeller blade width of 320mm, the colossal torque, the electronic speed control system up to 10,000 rpm, we have a colossal tractive power of 1,000 kilograms per propeller at peak load.
b) The radial propeller motor is mounted on the first phalanx of the manipulator, which rotates the propeller in a horizontal plane 180 degrees, which allows the drone to smoothly turn, maneuver and move in space.
c) The first phalanx of the manipulator is attached to the second phalanx, has its own drive for turning the propeller in the vertical plane, and also has a 90 degree rotation angle, which makes it possible to maintain horizontal stability in a crosswind and maneuver, adjusting to flight conditions. It has radiators for cooling electronic motor control drivers and manipulator drives.
d) All parts of the power plant are made of composite (Carbon fiber) lightweight material, which gives great strength to the apparatus with a relatively low weight.
3) The main frame body and cladding are made of composite sandwich panels and panels made on special molding dies and filled with dense polyurethane foam.
4) The liquid cooling system of the fuel cells allows to remove the heat generated during the oxidation of hydrogen with oxygen, which accompanies the electrochemical reaction of the cell. The systems are located in the two bows of the drone in the form of heat-dissipating radiators, forced air circulation fans and coolant circulation pumps and opening louvers of the heat exchanger.
5) Powerful on-board computer to control drone systems. Unique software with artificial intelligence allows you to navigate in space using GPS positioning, laser scanners of the earth's surface, cameras, altimeter, compass and a number of gyroscopes for the position of the drone's hull and phalanxes. Such a set of tools will allow, with an accuracy of 0.01 m, to perform the assigned tasks, bypassing emergency situations. Thanks to artificial intelligence and connection to the Internet, a large amount of memory for storing data on acquired and pledged flight skills, storing routes, the drone will be able to recognize obstacles and respond according to prescribed directives, adapting to the situation, gaining new skills and learning.
6) The lower platform consists of an aluminum frame, a composite material, it has a pneumatic chassis, a complete set depending on the purpose of the platform, its own on-board computer with a program according to the tasks of the platform, a pneumatic control system for the chassis and the position of the platform horizon on an uneven surface,

7) Automatic system of docking of the unmanned drone with the lower functional platform.
8) Remote operator control panel for monitoring tasks, course adjustments and task building and a control system in the passenger platform.

10) Since the infrastructure of hydrogen is not yet developed, the only available and inexpensive way to obtain hydrogen for the use of this technology is renewable energy systems, such as a wind generator, a solar electric panel, a generator of water currents, which the user installs on his territory. The generated energy fr om these sources is sent to the electrolyzer, wh ere the prepared demineralized water H2O is supplied and splits the water into hydrogen and oxygen, which in turn accumulate in metal composite cylinders, storage tanks for refueling a drone or any other electric-powered equipment with a fuel cell. It is worth noting that when generating energy from a fuel cell, the by-product is demineralized water H2O,
11) The ability to use one universal SVAROG drone in different directions, additionally acquiring lower platforms of the required purpose, this will diversify the scope of use of the drone in additional directions, it is enough to give the drone a command to change the platform and it will do it automatically, detaching itself from the previous platform, take off and sit down to the new specified one and commits, waiting for new commands.


Competitors

At the moment, there are no similar proposals on the market, since there is no universality in competitive technical solutions, and manufacturers rooted in the market do not want to switch from ICE to alternative drives.

Advantages or differentiators

The first main and indisputable advantage is the hydrogen energy system, which is the basis for the power supply of the power plants of the SVAROG drone.
The second advantage is the revolutionary radial principle of the propeller drive, which gives enormous torque to the propeller.
The third is the principle of maneuvering the drone and the method adapts to the flight conditions, on each propeller there is a manipulator that allows you to change the angle of inclination of the propeller in two planes, changing the direction of the aerodynamic flow in the required direction
The fourth is unique AI-based software that allows the drone to learn and adapt easily to flight conditions.
There are no such proposals in the aggregate at the moment in the world.
