Reason for sale

The main reason for the sale is personal health problems.

Although these examples barely scratch the surface of potential applications, they do illustrate the concept of expanded markets. Certainly, many other applications can be created by artists in graphic design and the other creative arts, when provided with this new improved media. And those designs may be either digital or manual, or a combination of both.
There are other strategic options available to the buyer of the knowhow and patent assets which are covered by this offering. One strategic option available to the buyer, and the one which has been the underlying focus of the offering writeup, is to use the acquired intellectual property assets to expand an existing product line or add a new product line consisting of the ColdTransfer product. This would of course be additive to the buyer’s financial revenue and profit performance.
Another option would be to acquire the intellectual property assets, use them internally, but then also provide rights of access to other industry parties by licensing. The following chart shows how that might be structured. The underlying assumptions are shown as well.
