Idea

The large market for tasteless alcoholic beverages in Europe.
We are ready to change that!
We produce alcoholic = to taste like an alcoholic cocktail.
Soft in taste and texture, pleasant, very tasty and alcoholic :)

Current Status

The project is now at the stage of sales in Ukraine since 2015. Since 2016, we have been registered in Ukraine as an individual entrepreneur. There have a registred trademark (2018) and a patent (2017).

2015 - 2016. Sales up to $ 1,000 per month
We took out a loan from a private person in the amount of $ 10,000. In 2019 they returned it with%
2017 year. Sales of about $ 5,000 per month
2018 year. Sales of about $ 7,000 per month
2019-2020 year. Sales up to $ 10,000 per month

Market

Several main sales segments:

1. Chain of shops and markets. B2B

The small candy box for sale through supermarket chains and stores. We will seek to be located near the alcohol or luxury (and cool!) sweets.
For Europe, for example, there are:
- SPAR over 13,500 stores worldwide and Europe
- ROSSMANN more than 4,500 stores in Europe
- LIDL more than 12,000 stores in Europe and the USA
- others

2. Gift shops, alcohol shops and other partners. B2B

This will be a good sales market for our company. Such companies are located all over Europe and it is very important to be in such places. For the right association for our clients. For them, more exclusive, gift and more expensive goods will be developed and put on sale.

3. Online shop. B2C

We will sell a lot here and heartily :) And it will turn out not only to sell our sweets, but also other gift items associated with alcohol and sweets. The store itself will be creative, interesting and stylish. We will position it in the segment of an interesting gift, not “food”. As well as with clients - once this person has tried to become our adherent ♥

Problem or Opportunity

Question: what to take for a present for a person who has everything?

Alcoholic sweets are future sweets of happiness for adults. Our business makes people happier. Provides new sensations and opportunities. Diversifies the alcoholic candy market in Europe, which will grow at a predictable rate until at least 2025 *
https://www.grandviewresearch.com/press-release/global-liquor-confectionery-market
We are going to diversify the market for alcoholic sweets in Europe and the world. There are no such delicious sweets in Europe yet and we want to fix it. If there are "alcoholic sweets", then only mediocre chocolates, and such as we have in texture are not widely available in Europe.

Solution (product or service)

Answer: our candies :)

T A S T E

• PONKO: We will use real high quality alcohol. For example: whiskey, rum,
etc. The peculiarity of using this ingredient is that when a larger % of alcohol
evaporates, it is the alcohol base that evaporates. And the taste of the alcoholic drink in the candy becomes brighter!
We add natural flavors and essences. This makes the candy taste “real” and
“complex”. In the sweets themselves, we will add fruit powders, spice powders and more. This will complicate the taste and make it even brighter.

• Competitors sweets: The candies are usually not tasty. Usually, high quality
alcohol is not used, but a combination of alcohol + flavors (often not natural) is used. Our experience of sales in Ukraine and feedback from people indicate that some people do not like specifically chocolate alcoholic sweets. Since they contain alcohol in a "capsule" and when biting, it flows out completely and sometimes is not very pleasant.
In PONKO sweets, everything is different. First, the taste of berries and fruits, then spices, and only then the taste of real alcohol. They are very pleasant in taste and are liked even by those who are already disappointed in alcoholic sweets. True reviews for Ukraine production here - https://g.page/ponkosweets

D E S I G N

• PONKO: sweets will be sold in stylish packaging. That will allow you to put it for sale in supermarkets, alcohol stores and even stylish and high-quality gift shops. The sweets will be marked in an informative and interesting way.

• Competitive Candy: candy is usually backward and not modern in design. It does not stand out in anything and there are no features. The design is not suitable for placement in alcohol stores and, moreover, is not suitable for a gift shop.

P R I C E P O L I C Y

• PONKO: sweets are not the cheapest among the competition. Refined
taste, stylish and good packaging. Our sweets will have the price of a “quality”
product. People who take them will appreciate the product for the qualities that it possesses. The price will allow us to be in supermarkets as one of the most
expensive sweets and to stand in alcoholic shops, gift shops as a product at an
attractive price.

• Competitive: candy is generally cheap. The packaging looks odd and is
standard for “alcoholic sweets”. They cannot be sold through liquor stores and gift shops, as there is nothing special or attractive about them. Moreover, the owners of alcohol and other shops are “ashamed” to put cheap and unattractive alcoholic sweets.
